Kiawah Development Partners require erosion and scour control structures as part of Cassique Phase 7 development. Cape Romain is currently constructing three timber bulkheads and rip rap erosion control structures. The three timber bulkheads total approximately 500 linear feet with over 300 cubic yards of rip rap at the toe to protect several lots along a tributary of the Kiawah River.
